实际上就是一家铁板烧店，做的是辣的湘菜。店的装修花点心思有点格调，为我们服务的是吴红雄，特别有趣的是做做饭跟我们说，不好意思，我们去跳一下舞，特别有趣。跳的也是很可爱的。比较适合喜欢热闹的朋友来。我们四个人点了八个菜。菜的口味不适合老饕。

新开的花果园购物中心让我觉得到贵阳开始有变化了，这种感觉在进入57度湘后更加强烈。老贵阳的餐饮环境很少有讲究服务的，即便是全国连锁店，到了贵阳后也会沦为贵阳模式，而在这边我体验到了热情的服务，细腻的味道，终于可以让我坐下来慢慢欣赏美食了。

说实话，这是一家很有格调的食堂，细致热情的服务，让顾客心情舒畅。再来说他家的菜，炒花甲，味道很不错，老妈第一次吃花甲，很高兴。铜锣烧，好不容易吃到正宗的啦。还有孜然小土豆，小炒牛肉，虽然都是一些简单的菜，不过吃的很愉快，有机会再来拔草。
